The website has been checked and is having no problems with cut / paste utility and I will explain possibly what is happening below. I'm sorry you had some trouble so please review and then let me know if you are still having the issue.

The website defiantly is created to work with cut and paste. The first thing might be that at one point you had a pop up screen ask if you would like to "Allow Internet Explorer to access your clipboard" and you maybe hit no (see attachment). If this box is not coming up then you have to clear your history / cache because it will come up every time. Using Tools > Internet Options > Clear History should work. Another way is if the right click is not working, simply use the standard shortcut of holding down the Ctrl button and hitting the letter C for cut, going to where you'd like to place it and hold the Ctrl button and hit the letter V for paste.

To included artwork / poster in your post the best way is to find the image on the internet (maybe on your website or at the events website), right click the image / flyer and select "Properties" from the drop down. Once properties opens you will see Address (URL): .... triple click (quickly) to capture the entire URL address, copy and paste it where you see the Tree Icon on the submission form (review attached to find where this is).
